The Creative Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across all social media platforms. The role demands strong skills in graphic designing, video editing, reels creation, short-form video content production, and community engagement. Requirements

  • Creative mindset with strong graphic designing skills, having familiarity in social media tools and trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills with Strong ability in content writing, including storytelling for social media.
  • Creativity in writing catchy, meaningful, and engaging captions, headlines, hashtags and taglines.
  • Good understanding of audience behavior and tone of communication.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation
  2. Create visually appealing graphics, posters, banners, infographics, event creatives, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
  3. Design layouts for social media posts, stories, newsletters, presentations, and digital ads.
  4. Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce reels, shorts, and short video clips for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  5. Ensure posters, banners and videos are optimized for each platform’s specifications.
  6. Executing digital campaigns, awareness drives, fundraising promotions, event promotions, etc.
  7. Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms.
  8. Social Media Engagement
  9. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  10. Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, visuals, and messaging. Respond to comments, messages, and queries politely, professionally, and responsibly. Ensure replies are accurate, respectful, and aligned with the organization’s communication guidelines.
  11. Report abusive, misleading, or harmful comments to the management before responding.
  12. Promote and amplify government schemes, public welfare programs, awareness campaigns, and official announcements relevant to the organization’s mission.
  13. Increase follower engagement through interactive content such as polls, quizzes, stories, and live sessions.
  14. Ensure all government-related posts are factually correct, properly sourced, and approved before publishing
  15. Analytics & Reporting
  16. Track performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  17. Prepare reports with insights, growth analysis, and recommendations. Use of testing tools to understand which content performance.
